Awareness phase

You track your behaviors in an objective, non-judgmental way, so we can see what you’re currently doing.

We talk about what you have done in the past and why you want to make changes.

We identify your non-negotiables and your goals.

Possibilities phase

We work as partners. I’m the expert in nutrition. You’re the expert on you. We talk about what you could do. Together we determine easy changes to start with to set you up for success.

You try things out. We check in to see how it is going. We discuss what worked and more importantly what didn’t work in order to make adjustments.

Once one change is mastered, we progress to the next possibility for change.

Sustainability phase

We ensure that you have systems in place that are easy, routine, and automatic so you can maintain the changes you’ve made.

I’m not sure I have the time.

However under normal circumstances, we find time for the things that are important to us. So, is eating better something that is really important to you right now?
